Google Ad Terms
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the pay-per-click (“PPC”) advertising services provided by Roderick Alan (“Freelancer”, “I”, “me”, or “my”) to the client (“Client”, “you”, or “your”). By engaging my services, you agree to abide by these Terms.Services Provided
I offer PPC & Digital advertising services, including but not limited to:
Google Ads and Meta Ads (including Facebook and Instagram) campaign setup, management, and optimization.
Keyword and audience research and targeting.
Ad copywriting, creative design coordination, and A/B testing.
Bid management, budget allocation, and performance monitoring.
Conversion tracking, analytics, and reporting.
Fees and Payment
Services are charged on the basis of a minimum of six weeks of live ad management. This period of time can be extended to three months if performance is inadequate based on the opinion of Roderick Alan and it is within their control to improve performance.
All ads created become “property” of client at the end of the service agreement and will remain within their ad account(s).
Further monitoring and/or checking performance to be agreed upon between Roderick Alan and client as and when/if required.
Payment is due in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Any third-party ad spend (e.g., Google Ads or Meta Ads budget) is the Client’s responsibility and will be billed separately by the ad platform.
Late payments may incur additional fees or suspension of services.
Client Responsibilities
Provide necessary access to Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Facebook Business Manager, and any related assets or platforms.
Supply business information, branding materials, and creative assets as required.
Approve ad copy, creatives, and budget allocation in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with all applicable advertising policies, terms of service, and relevant advertising laws.
Performance and Guarantees
I will use industry best practices to optimize your PPC campaigns across all platforms; however, I cannot guarantee specific results such as conversions, leads, or revenue.
Performance depends on multiple factors, including market conditions, competition, and platform algorithms (Google, Meta, etc.).
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information, including campaign data, strategies, and business insights, private and not disclose it to third parties.Termination of Services
Any outstanding payments or fees must be settled before termination is finalized.
No refunds will be provided for work already completed.
Liability and Indemnification
I am not liable for any loss, damage, or financial impact resulting from PPC campaigns.
The Client agrees to indemnify me against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the advertisements on any platform, including but not limited to Google and Meta.
Amendments
These Terms may be updated periodically, and continued use of my services constitutes acceptance of any changes.Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom.
