Ugh, these guys… Briony & Harry are just a perfectly suited, cute as fuck couple. Awesome souls doing things together. It’s always a joy to photograph.
We kick-started the day at their place for bridal prep before we headed into Winchester city centre for a ceremony at their registry office. You can find out more about getting married there by clicking here.
It’s a beautiful space. I’ve been lucky enough to photograph a few weddings there now and it’s as beautiful as most of the fancier hotels dotted around the New Forest.
Anyway, these guys had originally planned some kind of village hall-type wedding. Their plans shifted, however, which I can’t lie, I was chuffed about – to a pub!
I mean, pub weddings are hard to beat. Already set up for great vibes and relaxing. You’re over halfway there straight out the gate and St James Tavern in Winchester was literally perfect.
We had a short stroll down the road to the place so we took a moment to grab some portraits along St James Lane nearby and then got down to business.
These guys know how to party and at pushing 11ish at night when I trekked back to the car park, the party was still in full force.
